Posted by ankur in Tech (464 words, approximately a 2 minute read)

The quotes will say it all:

My reply:

Dear Mr abc,

While I agree that it's taking longer than usual to get media to you, I do not appreciate you pretending as if you have the right to any media …

Fedora Tour needs web developers

Posted by ankur in Tech (166 words, approximately a 1 minute read)

Change in behaviour of livecd-tools: Testing required

Posted by ankur in Tech (457 words, approximately a 2 minute read)

Posted by ankur in Tech (185 words, approximately a 1 minute read)

Parcellite is a stripped down, basic-features-only clipboard manager with a small memory footprint for those who like simplicity.

Of late it's been annoying me: It would copy any text that I selected to the clipboard! I'll explain: Let us assume that I have a url on the clipboard to be …

Dear life,

I got hit in the eye with a squash ball earlier today. I was trying to coach a tyro. I'm grateful for the positive reinforcement you give me when I make an effort to help people.

LaTeX, vim and Fedora

Posted by ankur in Tech (531 words, approximately a 3 minute read)

I'm a vim junkie (In spite of Sindre's numerous events to convert me into an Emacs person!). I'm also a LaTeX junkie. There are quite a few reasons behind my love for LaTeX:

  • Easy to use (Yes! Once you get the hang of it, it's very easy!)
  • Takes care of …
