In week 49:

• python-chaospy was pushed to stable and is ready to use.
• python-pynwb was pushed to stable and is ready to use.
• python-mne-bids was pushed to stable and is ready to use.
• python-dipy was pushed to stable and is ready to use.
• nest was build with libneurosim support and pushed to stable. We can now provide PyNN.
• The GENESIS simulator, FiPy, Spiking-circus, python-pingouin are all works in progress.

There is a lot of software available in NeuroFedora already. You can see the complete list here on Fedora SCM. Software that is currently being worked on is listed on our Pagure project instance. If you use software that is not on our list, please suggest it to us using the suggestion form.
