I recently read this blog post which describes how to paste to the KDE pastebin from the terminal using pastebinit. It is worth mentioning that we have two pasting utilities in fedora at the moment, one is fpaste, the other is the nautilus-pastebin plugin which you can use for uploading stuff to fpaste.org. The nautilus extension lets you configure what pastebin you'd like to post to.
